- Training for customers and employees on our software solutions and products (online and on-site);
- Analyzing customer requirements/customer feedback to develop training concepts;
- Creation and administration of training documents and e-learning content in form of videos and texts;
- Working and communicating with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management);
- Autonomous and continuous professional and practical training as well as regular professional exchange with internal departments.

Your profile
- Solid technical education (HTL/FH or comparable qualification);
- Practical experience in the training sector would be ideal;
- Confident presenting in front of large groups of people;
- Rhetorical and didactical skills;
- Organizational talent, customer oriented and flexible;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good written and spoken German and English;
- Knowledge of video editing would be an advantage;
- Willingness to travel and driving license B.
